2016~2019年驻马店市5种性病流行病学分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of 5 sexually transmitted diseases,Zhumadian city,2016-2019

目的了解驻马店市性病疫情流行病学特征及趋势变化,为制定性病防控措施提供依据。方法对2016~2019年驻马店市报告的5种性病资料进行流行病学统计分析。结果2016~2019年共报告5种性病病例4675例,性病年报告发病率分别为11.57/10万、14.59/10万、15.59/10万和16.42/10万(P<0.01),年均发病率为14.55/10万。驿城区发病率最高,年均发病率达到31.37/10万。年报告梅毒、尖锐湿疣、淋病、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的发病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05),并且梅毒和生殖道沙眼衣原体感染年报告发病率呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.01)。性病病例中以梅毒为主,占总病例的68.77%(3215/4675);3215例梅毒病例中以隐性梅毒为主,达1827例(56.83%),男女性别比为1.06∶1,淋病男女性别比达到9.26∶1。年龄主要分布在20~49岁组,2859例、占总病例的61.16%;职业以农民为主,2871例、占61.41%。结论驻马店市5种性病疫情整体处于低流行水平,但近4年发病率呈现逐年增长趋势。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of sexually transmitted diseases(STD) in Zhumadian city,so as to provide the evidences for developing prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemiological statistical analysis was performed on 5 STD data in Zhumadian city during 2016-2019. Results A total of 4 675 STD cases were reported during 2016-2019.The annual incidence was 11.57/10~5,14.59/10~5,15.59/10~5,and 16.42/10~5,respectively(P<0.01),with an average annual incidence of 14.55/10~5.Yicheng district had the highest incidence,with an average annual incidence of 31.37/10~5.The incidence of syphilis,condyloma acuminatum,gonorrhea and chlamydia trachomatis infection in genital tract was statistically different(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the annual reported incidence of syphilis and chlamydia trachomatis infection increased year by year(P<0.01).Syphilis cases accounted for 68.77% of the total cases(3 215/4 675),and mainly were latent syphilis(1 827 cases,56.83%),the sex ratio was 1.06:1;the sex ratio of gonorrhea was 9.26:1;Cases mainly distributed in the age group of 20-49,accounting for 61.16%;farmers had the highest number of cases(2 871 cases),accounting for 61.41%. Conclusion The overall 5 STD epidemic situation in Zhumadian city is at a low level,but the incidence has been increasing year by year in the past 4 years.
