摘要 大豆是我国重要的经济作物,随着国家作物种植结构的调整和大豆产业振兴计划的实施,大豆重迎茬种植现象在部分地区有抬头的倾向。大豆重迎茬种植是制约大豆产量的主要瓶颈问题,为了解决大豆种植行业面临的重迎茬问题,开展大豆重迎茬障碍机制及对策研究对于现代农业可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。本研究综述重迎茬种植在大豆、土壤环境和土壤与作物相互作用3个方面的研究进展,初步探讨重迎茬大豆化感物质和病原微生物的作用机制,着重阐述土壤微生物多样性和群落结构在重迎茬条件下的演变规律,并对未来的研究方向作以展望,以期为充分认识和解决大豆重迎茬问题提供理论基础和科学依据。 With the adjustment of national crop planting structure and the implementation of soybean industry revitalization plan, soybean, as an important cash crop in China, has been continuous cropping in some areas. Continuous cropping of soybean is the main bottleneck to restrict the yield of soybean. It is of strategic significance for the sustainable development of modern agriculture to carry out the research on the obstacle mechanism and countermeasures of soybean succession. In this study, the research progress of continuous cropping in soybean, soil environment and the interaction between soil and crops were reviewed, the mechanism of allelopathy and pathogenic microorganism of soybean were discussed, and the evolution rule of soil microbiota falling under the condition of continuous stubble was described emphatically, and the future research direction was prospected. All these are expected to provide the theoretical and scientific basis for fully understanding and solving the problem of continuous cropping of soybean.
