摘要
本文从中国白酒“医酒同源”的历史考据,白酒舒筋活络、酒行药势的作用机理,白酒作为重要的中药溶媒,白酒中所蕴含的健康功能因子,饮酒心理疏导机制以及理性饮酒的健康之道等方面,综述阐释白酒与健康的关系。
This article reviewed the relationship between Baijiu and health from the following aspects:homology of medicine and Baijiu;the functions of Baijiu of relaxing and relieving rigidity of muscles,and promoting the effect of medicine;Baijiu as an important solvent of traditional Chinese medicine;healthcare factors in Baijiu;the mechanism of emotion counseling from alcohol drinking,and rational drinking of Baijiu.
