双层碎石封层中沥青与集料粘附性影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究双层碎石封层中沥青与集料的粘附性影响因素,通过采用沥青爬升高度试验,以沥青爬升高度作为评价指标,研究下层碎石的撒布温度对粘附性的影响;通过采用室温扫刷试验,以碎石脱落率指标评价预裹覆和橡胶颗粒掺量对粘附性的影响;通过采用室温和低温扫刷试验,以碎石脱落率指标评价上层石料和沥青的撒布温度、沥青的种类对粘附性的影响。研究结果表明,预裹覆的90#基质沥青用量占上层碎石质量的0.8%,橡胶颗粒掺量为1%~2%,SBS改性沥青撒布温度为155℃,石料撒布温度为165℃,下层石料的撒布温度为80~120℃时,沥青与集料的粘附效果好。 In order to study on the adhesion effect factors between asphalt and aggregate in double chip seal,this research adopts the asphalt climbing height test and uses asphalt climb height as an evaluation index to study the effect of underlying gravel spreading temperature on adhesion.We take crushed stone peeling rate as inedx to value the effect of pre-wrapped and rubber particles content on adhesion by using the room temperature brush test,to value the effect of upper stone and asphalt spreading temperature,the type of asphalt on adhesion by room and low temperature brushing test.Research indicates:when the amount of pre-wrapped 90#matrix asphalt accounts is 0.8%of the upper layer gravel weight,rubber particle content is 1%to 2%,SBS modified asphalt spreading temperature is 155℃ and lower stone spreading temperature is 80℃~120℃,the adhesion effect between asphalt and aggregate is excellent.
