“工程实践创新”教学模式——中职实训教学新途径

摘要 改变中职学校实践教学,研究实训教学的新途径势在必行。“工程实践创新”的实训教学模式将教学任务划分成工程模块,以实际应用的角度为主线,着重培养学生的创新能力,所有锻炼的能力均搭载在具体的工程项目上,通过对虚拟的工程项目的实施,丰富了学生的工程实践知识,了解了工程项目承担和实施的流程,进一步体验了工程实践创新的学习新方式,积累了相关的经验技巧,掌握了相关的技术应用,在学生就业之后,能顺利的适应企业的工作模式,同时,进一步拓展了学生的专业视野,提升了学生的职业素养、提高学生的实践创新能力和可持续发展能力。 It is imperative to change the teaching practice in secondary technicalvocational education schools and exploring the new path of practical teaching.The teaching mode of Engineering Practice and Innovation divided the teaching task into engineering modules,focused mainly on cultivation of originative capability with practical application as the principal line.Since all the capabilities for training are attached to specific engineering projects,it enriches the students with engineering and practice knowledge and understanding of procedure of undertaking and implementingthe engineering project through the implemented virtual engineering projects.The students have experienced the innovative learning method of engineering practice and innovation,accumulated relevant experiences and skills and mastered the relevant technical applications,which enable them to adapt for the working mode in enterprises after employment.Meanwhile,it avails the students in expanding their professional view,improve their profession qualification and promote their capability of practice and innovation as well as sustainable development capability.
