Risk prevention and control of nosocomial infection in radiological examination of COVID-19 in general hospitals

我院影像科成立了医技护一体化的应急三级防控小组;快速实施新型冠状病毒肺炎理论知识、防护技能的培训与考核;合理进行放射检查区域划分,确定不同的防护级别;制订标准化检查流程和应急预案;跟进工作人员及患者的防护管理等措施.我院影像科在此次疫情诊治中发挥了重要的作用,形成了较为完整的新型冠状病毒肺炎放射检查医院感染防控的应急方案和标准流程,提高了医技护的防护意识、防护技能,规范了操作行为,加快了检查速度,实现了医护人员的零感染.

The Radiology Department of our hospital, under this circumstance, received an instruction from the superior to start the emergency response. We established a three-leveled prevention and control team for emergency integrating physicians, nurses and medical technicians, who were then immediately offered training and tests on knowledge about the COVID-19 and relevant prevention and care skills. The Radiology Department was reasonably divided into different parts according to the level of protection. Besides, standard examination procedures and emergency plans were formulated, and sufficient follow-up to promote the protection management of staff and patients was implemented. The emergency team of the Radiology Department has played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 through developing relatively comprehensive emergency plans and standard procedures for the prevention and control of hospital infections caused by the novel virus, which has not only increased the protection awareness and skills of the medical staff but also normalized their clinical operation and accelerated the speed of examinations. So far, no infection has been detected among the medical staff.
