摘要
本文通过直接观察法和陷阱法取样,分析比较了节肢动物的功能群及群落多样性指数等参数,并对转化体上的节肢动物群落的相似度进行了计算,从而研究转基因双抗草甘膦玉米对田间节肢动物群落多样性的影响。结果表明,转基因玉米DBN9868与非转基因受体玉米DBN318和常规玉米先玉335相比,大田节肢动物的物种数及其他各项参数在调查时间存在差异的情况下,趋势仍然随时间动态的变化趋于一致,不存在显著差异。即表明转基因玉米DBN9868在小规模种植的情况下,对于田间非靶标节肢动物群落无显著影响。
Through direct observation and trap patterns,the effects of transgenic herbicide-tolerance maize on biodiversity of arthropod community were analyzed with comparing the functional groups and the community similarity.The results showed that although there were differences in the investigation time,the number of species and other indexes of arthropod in the field of transgenic maize DBN9868 were basically the same as those of non-gm maize DBN318 and conventional maize Xianyu335,and there was no significant difference.These results suggest that the arthropod community structure in the field of transgenic maize dbn9868,non-gm maize DBN318 and conventional maize Xianyu335 were equivalent.The transgenic maize DBN9868 had no significant effect on the non target arthropod community in the field when they were planted in little.
