摘要
调节阀失效工况作为安全阀泄放量计算的工况之一,关系到装置的安全运行。但目前国内相关规范及手册对其具体的计算方法提及甚少,本文着重介绍液体调节阀失效时安全阀泄放量的计算方法及流程,同时对调节阀最大通过量迭代过程需考虑因素进行分析。根据工程设计经验,结合调节阀所在实际管路系统给出详细计算实例,便于设计人员更加准确地计算安全阀泄放量,为后续安全阀选型提供依据。
The failure condition of the control valve is one of the working conditionsfor the calculation of the discharge amount of safety valve,which is related to the safe operation of the plant.However,the current domestic relevant specifications and manuals rarely mention its specific calculation method.This paper focuses on the calculation method and process flow of the relief valve discharge amount when the liquid control valve fails,and analyzes the factors that need to be considered in the iterative process of the maximum throughput of the control valve.According to the engineering design experience,combined with the actual piping system where the control valve is located,a detailed calculation example is given to facilitate the designer to calculate the safety valve discharge amount more accurately and provide a basis for subsequent safety valve selection.
