摘要
本文叙述输气管道沉降的磁应力快速评估技术原理,以金属磁记忆效应与逆磁致伸缩效应为基础,通过检测埋地管道因应力集中产生的附加弱磁场,分析管道本体应力分布情况。针对某天然气场站内管线沉降问题,开展局部管线磁应力检测工作,对管道应力集中状态进行评估,为磁应力技术在管道沉降快速评估方面的应用提供经验参考。
This paper describes the principle of rapid assessment of magnetic stress for gas pipeline settlement.Based on the metal magnetic memory effect and inverse magnetostriction effect,the stress distribution of the pipeline body is analyzed by detecting the additional weak magnetic field generated by the stress concentration of the buried pipeline.Aiming at the problem of pipeline settlement in a natural gas station,the local pipeline magnetic stress detection work is carried out to evaluate the stress concentration state of the pipeline,which provides an experience reference for the application of magnetic stress technology in the rapid assessment of pipeline settlement.
