摘要
针对某煤化改造项目一、二期高温高压蒸汽管道联合配管及应力分析计算,合理划分、处理边界条件,得出优化的配管方案,并且选择设置安全、可靠、经济的支吊架,尤其是弹簧支吊架的选型,保证高压蒸汽管道及相连设备安全运行。
Aiming at the integrated piping and stress analysis calculation of high temperature and high pressure steam piping of phase 1 and phase 2 of a Coal Chemical modification project,the rational division and treatment of battery limit conditions are performed to obtain an optimized piping scheme.This paper chooses to install safe,reliable and economical supports and hangers,especially the selection of spring supports and hangers ensures the safe operation of high pressure steam piping and the connected equipment.
