摘要
结合某电厂已经投运的#3、#4超超临界机组(2*1050MW),分析二次风量测量装置结构及安装方式,介绍两种不同风量装置的测量原理及特点,并针对某电厂送风量测量不准问题进行多个同类型机组的咨询与调研,确定最终优化改造方案。3号机组停修期间二次风量装置经换型改造后在线测量效果较好,通过升降负荷试验和延长其吹扫周期观察,其测量效果均不受影响,完全可以满足不同工况风量的准确测量,改造效果良好。
Combined with#3 and#4 ultra-supercritical units(2*1050MW)that have been put into operation in a power plant,this paper analyzes the structure and installation method of the secondary air volume measurement device,introduces the measurement principles and characteristics of two different air volume devices,and targets a power plant for the problem of inaccurate air supply volume measurement,several consultations and investigations of the same type of units are conducted to finally determine the optimal modification scheme.During the shutdown of#3 Unit,the secondary air volume device has a better online measurement effect after the modification and model change.The effect of the measurement is not affected by the load lift up and down test and the extension of its purge cycle observation,which can completely meet the accurate measurement of air volume under different working conditions,and the modification effect is good.
