摘要
P物质是速激肽家族成员之一,由特定感觉神经末梢分泌,也可由淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和树突细胞分泌。可与神经激肽(NK)1-3受体结合参与调节炎症、疼痛、瘙痒等病理生理过程。在皮肤神经活动中具有重要作用,被认为是引起皮肤神经源性瘙痒的重要炎症介质。笔者对SP在慢性自发性荨麻疹发病机制进行综述。
Substance P(SP)is a member of the tachykinin family.It is secreted by the specific sensory nerve endings and also by the lymphocytes,macrophages,eosinophils and dendritic cells.It can bind to neurokinin(NK)1-3 receptors and participate in the regulation of pathophysiological processes such as inflammation,pain,and itching.It plays an important role in skin nerve activity and is considered to be an important inflammatory mediator that causes neurogenic pruritus in the skin.This article focuses on the role of SP in CUS in order to further understand its pathogenesis.
