宋本《释氏六帖》所引《大慈恩寺三藏法师传》考

Research on The Biography of Tripitaka Buddhist Master at Da Ci’en Temple cited in the Song Version of The Buddhist Books of Yichu Liu Tie

初唐僧人释慧立、释彦悰合著的《大慈恩寺三藏法师传》,是一部详细记述唐代第一名僧玄奘生平事迹的传记,具有丰富的文化意义和极高的文献价值。五代后周高僧释义楚编纂的佛学类书《释氏六帖》共有74个条目引及了《大慈恩寺三藏法师传》。把这些引文与今本比勘,可以发现它们在纠正今本文字误夺、增补佚文等方面有一定的价值。当然,这些引文也存在编排重复、删改捏合过度、文字颇多讹误等方面的缺点。因此,对《释氏六帖》应作实事求是之评价。

The Biography of Tripitaka Buddhist Master at Da Ci’en Temple by the monks of Shi Huili and Shi Yancong at the beginning of the Tang dynasty was the the first biography to give an account of the life of the most famous monk of Xuanzang in detail.It has rich cultural meaning and high literature value.There are 74 entries in The Buddhist Books of Yichu Liu Tie citing from The Biography of Tripitaka Buddhist Master at Da Ci’en Temple.Comparing these quotations with the present edition,we can find that they have certain value in correcting the misappropriation of the present edition and supplementing the anecdotes.Of course,these quotations also have some shortcomings,such as the duplication of arrangement,the overuse of deletion and modification,and a lot of errors in the text.Therefore,we should make a realistic evaluation of The Buddhist Books of Yichu Liu Tie.
