分析了牛仔服饰的特点、我国牛仔产品在国际市场中的地位及与先进国家在品种质量上的差距,并对提升我国牛仔产品品质与档次作了分析与探讨,指出:要使我国生产的牛仔产品缩小与先进国家的差距,必须从提高牛仔用纱品质、改进牛仔布染色工艺,提高染色牢度,采用先进的后整理技术及开发新型弹力牛仔面料与牛仔服饰配套等方面进行技术创新与工艺改进,向多品种、多色彩、多功能、多用途的"四多"方向发展,以崭新的面貌在国内外市场上展现新一代牛仔产品风貌,以满足人们对牛仔服饰高品质的需求。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of denim clothing, the status of China’s denim products in the international market and the gap between China and the advanced countries in denim quality and varieties. It also analyzes and discusses the improvement of the quality and grade of Chinese denim products, and points out that to narrow the gap with advanced countries in denim products, the yarn quality, denim dyeing process and the color fastness must be improved. Advanced finishing technology must be adopted. The technology innovation and process improvement must be carried out in developing new stretch denim fabrics and denim clothing and try to develop in the direction of varieties, colors, multi-function, and multi-purpose. A new generation of denim products will be shown in the market at home and abroad in order to satisfy people’s demand for high quality of denim clothing.
