价值观是影响高校毕业生择业就业的最重要因素,现阶段高校学生的价值观呈现多元格局,其中不乏“功利主义”、“利己主义”等.运用习近平“奋斗幸福观”的积极引导作用,借助思政教育手段,结合课堂教育、实践教育、榜样引领等形式,建立有效的“奋斗幸福感”教育途径,从而引领高校学生将自身发展和社会发展相统一,通过奋斗不断创造幸福、享受幸福,走出一条将个人需求与社会需求相结合的就业之路.

Values are the most important factors that affect the employment of college graduates. At present,college students present a pluralistic pattern of values, some of which are "utilitarianism", "egoism" and so on.By using the Xi Jinping’s view of striving for happiness as a positive guidance, with the help of ideological and political education methods, combined with classroom education, practical education and example guidance,we can establish an effective education of striving for happiness, so as to lead college students to unify their individual development with social development and also to create and enjoy happiness through striving, and find their career path that combines personal needs with social needs.
