摘要
对高校图书馆服务评价的数学模型及分析手段进行研究,从数据来源和量化模型上对图书馆服务质量评价分析研究工作进行改进.H指数用于量化科研人员的水平和成果,受到广泛的认可与应用.评价者和评价数据是一种二分图网络,复杂网络理论在社会科学领域有广泛应用.本文根据H指数和二分图构建图书馆服务评价的量化模型,阐述了量化模型构建流程,对案例评价数据进行了分析并得出结论.
This paper studies the mathematical model and analytical means of college library service evaluation,and improves the analysis and research work of library service quality evaluation from data source and quantitative model.H index is widely recognized and applied to quantify the level and achievements of scientific researchers.Evaluators and evaluation data are a kind ofbipartite graph network.The theory of complex network is widely used in the field of social science.Based on the H index and bipartite graph,this paper constructs the quantitative model of library service evaluation,expounds the construction process of the quantitative model,analyzes the case evaluation data and draws a conclusion.
