摘要
稀油注水开发作为常见的二次采油方式广泛应用于油田生产现场,为满足端点井口不同注水压力的需求,注水干线保持较高的压力,管网中存在丰富的余压能。一种新型管道余压水轮机发电装置,在装置进口安装流线型导流罩减缓水动能流失。利用双三次曲线函数对渐变径流线型导流罩的内壁流线型曲线进行划分,通过理论计算和fluent仿真模拟导流罩的水动力性能,寻求最佳尺寸参数区间,并通过试验数值进行验证,探索管道余压发电水轮机进端导流罩水动力性能和变化规律,为实际的导流罩设计工作提供指导。
As a common secondary oil recovery method,water injection development is widely used in thin oilfield production.In order to meet the requirements of different water injection pressures at the end of the wellhead,the water injection mainline maintains a high pressure,and there is abundant residual pressure energy in the pipe network.Taking a new type of pipeline residual pressure turbine generator as an example,a streamlined shroud is installed at the inlet of the device to reduce the loss of water kinetic energy.The bi-cubic curve function is used to divide the inner wall streamline curve of the gradient runoff shroud.The hydrodynamic performance of the shroud is simulated by theoretical calculations and fluent simulations.The optimal size parameter interval is sought,and verified by experimental values to explore the pipeline.The hydrodynamic performance and change law of the inlet shroud of the residual pressure power generation turbine provide guidance for the actual design of the shroud.
