摘要
结合北京市南水北调配套工程团九二期工程穿越北京现代有轨电车西郊线工程,阐述了盾构法穿越富水卵石地层特级风险源的综合施工技术,为类似工程提供了借鉴。在盾构施工中,采用同步克泥效注浆、径向注浆、地上地下同步跟踪测控的综合施工技术,按照“合理低压、适当推力、匀速通过”的原则,严格同步注浆、严控出渣量,采取渣土改良措施,并辅以严格的施工监控量测和第三方监测,确保了穿越段安全。
Combined with the project of Beijing south to North Water Diversion Project Tuanjiu phase 2 crossing the western suburb of Beijing modern tram,this paper expounds the comprehensive construction technology of shield method crossing the super risk source of water rich pebble stratum,which provides a reference for similar projects.In the shield construction,the comprehensive construction technology of synchronous mud control grouting,radial grouting,ground and underground synchronous tracking and control is adopted.According to the principle of"reasonable low pressure,proper thrust,uniform speed passing",the synchronous grouting,slag discharge amount are strictly controlled,the improvement measures of slag soil are taken,and the strict construction monitoring measurement and the third-party monitoring are supplemented to ensure the safety of the crossing section.
