基于生态需水量分析引黄入冀工程对廊坊受水区的影响

摘要 为缓解廊坊南部地区日趋严重的生态环境问题,廊坊市从2009年开始实施了4次引黄调水工作,共引水3.4亿m^3。引水后,受水区生态环境得到明显改善。通过Tennant法、90%保证率法、近十年最枯月流量法和典型年最小月径流量法4种方法,计算出赵王新河生态需水量为1264万m^3。引黄入冀工程年均引水量为4891万m^3,可满足赵王新河的生态需水量,能够很好的改善廊坊市南部水生态环境质量。 In order to alleviate the increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems in the southern part of Langfang,Langfang started four times of water diversion from Yellow River in 2009,bringing a total of 340 million m^3 of water.In this paper,the ecological water demand of Zhaowangxin River was calculated to be 12.64 million m^3 through four methods:Tennant method,90%guarantee rate method,the lowest monthly flow method in the last decade and the typical minimum monthly runoff method.The average annual water diversion volume for the project of introducing Yellow River into Hebei Province is 48.91 million m^3,which is far enough to meet the ecological water demand of Zhaowangxin River and can improve the water ecological environment quality in the south of Langfang City.
