摘要
工学结合是职业教育的基本规律,课堂教学是教育育人的主阵地,这就需要在微观的课程与教学层面上,以适宜的路径和方式,把企业元素融入课堂教学各关键要素中,贯穿于教育教学全过程。具体来说,就是实现四个对接:教学目标对接职业能力,教学内容对接职业岗位工作任务,教学过程对接工作过程,教学评价对接职业标准。
Work-integrated Learning is one of the basic rules of vocational education,and classroom teaching is the important channel of education.This requires that corporate elements should be integrated into the key elements of classroom teaching in a suitable way at the micro-level of curriculum and teaching,and run through the whole process of education and teaching.Specifically,four combinations should be achieved:The teaching objectives are connected with professional ability;The teaching contents are connected with the work tasks of the professional posts;The teaching process is connected with the working process;The teaching evaluation is connected with professional standards.
