教练型教学模式在高职院校海洋化工专业群中的应用研究

Application Study on Coach-based Teaching Mode in Marine Chemical Specialty Group of Higher Vocational Colleges

教练型教学模式是从管理学引入教育学的新型教学模式。通过转变教师教学理念、有效落实教学目标、构建理实一体化课程体系、建立以学生为主体的评价方法,开展了将教练型教学模式应用到高职院校海洋化工专业群建设的探索,取得了一定的教学效果。教练型教学模式与其他教学模式并不相互排斥,多种教学模式的融合运用有助于更好地促进学生的主动学习,进一步提高教学效果。

Coach-based teaching mode is a new teaching concept which is introduced into pedagogy from management.It has been applied in the marine chemical specialty group of higher vocational college and received a good teaching effect,by changing teachers'teaching philosophy,focusing on the realization of teaching objectives,constructing the integrated curriculum system of theory and practice and establishing a student-oriented evaluation method.However,the implementation of the coach-based teaching model is not mutually exclusive with other teaching modes.The integration of various teaching modes is helpful to promote students'active learning and further improve the teaching effect.
