摘要
对一批黄绿色磷灰石进行了热处理改色实验,探究温度、保温时间和气氛对改色效果的影响,测试分析热处理前后样品的紫外-可见吸收光谱,并利用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测量了样品的微量元素质量分数。通过观察热处理实验结果,得到了黄绿色磷灰石热处理改色成为绿蓝色(帕拉伊巴色)的最佳工艺条件;通过分析和对比热处理前后的紫外-可见吸收光谱,阐述了改色的机理;综合分析,建立了Mn元素与改色效果之间的关系,为预判改色效果提供了依据。
In this study,a series of heat treatment experiments were carried out on a batch of yellowish-green apatite for colour improvement,during which the effects of temperature,holding time and atmosphere on colour modification were investigated.The UV-Vis absorption spectra of the samples were collected and analyzed,both before and after heat treatment.The concentration by weight of trace elements was measured by laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.By comprehensive analysis of the results,the optimum parameters of this process was obtained and the colour improvement mechanism was described which can be provided as a reference for predicting the result of heat treatment.
