摘要
从功能、目的、建设规模、开采和调控策略等方面,阐述了城市供水应急水源和备用水源的区别。在确定应急和备用水源供水范围、供水优先顺序和供水压缩比的基础上,提出了2种水源的规模确定方法。明确了应急和备用水源的系统构成及防洪、抗震、供电等级等方面的标准。提出了2种水源的水质要求及水质保障措施,以及启动、监控、运行调度、水量和水压调整等方面的要求。
Distinctions between urban water supply emergency and alternate water resource are discussed from their function,purpose,scale of construction,exploitation and utilization strategy,etc.The scale determination method of the two kinds of water resource is proposed on the basis of the determination of water supply scope,sequence and reducing ratio.System construction and standards of flood control,quake-proof,power supply are determined.The water quality standard and guarantee methods are suggested.Requirements of starting, monitoring,operating and pressure adjusting are proposed.
