摘要
针对城市供水突发事件中常见的风险源,从城市供水系统的各个环节出发,涵盖水源、水厂及管网等方面,形成了应急和备用水源、应急处理、应急清水储备、应急清水调度、应急救援等设计技术,提出了关键技术指标和设计参数,并结合我国西南某市应急供水工程设计案例,制定了系统性的城市应急供水工程设计方案,为应急供水工程的建设提供技术支撑,提高城市在应急状况下的供水安全保障能力。
Aiming at the common risk sources in urban water supply emergencies,design techniques for emergent water supply engineering have been formed,including emergent and alternate water sources,emergent drinking water treatment,emergent treated water reserves,emergent scheduler system for water supply network,and emergent rescue.Furthermore,key technical indicators and design parameters were put forward.All design techniques were built on all aspects of the urban water supply system,covering water sources,water plants and pipeline networks.In addition,design schemes for urban emergent water supply engineering were formulated,combined with a case of emergent water supply engineering design for a city in Southwest of China.Technical support for the construction of emergent water supply engineering and improvement of urban capability of water supply security in emergency situations were achieved.
