南宁市排水管道健康状况评估分析 被引量:14

摘要 以南宁市城区某区域排水管道作为研究对象,通过CCTV和QV管道检测,对排水管道健康状况进行定量化评估分析。结果显示:研究范围内排水管道共71.17km,缺陷总数15318个,其中79.5%为结构性缺陷,20.5%为功能性缺陷;雨水管道缺陷密度为1.8个/10m,污水管道缺陷密度为2.6个/10m。管道健康状况最好的条件是:雨水管径800~1000 mm;污水管径600~800mm;管道长度30~45m;管道平均埋深4.5~5.5m;管道水力坡度6~9‰。 In this paper,we took a certain area of Nanning as the research object,and quantitatively evaluated the health status of drainage pipeline through CCTV and QV pipeline detection.The result showed there were 15 318 detects in 7km drainage pipeline,of which 79.5% were structural defectes and 20.5% were function defects.The defect density of rainwater pipes was 1.8/10 m,and 2.6/10 mof sewage pipes.We analyzed the influences of pipe diameter,pipe length,buried depth and hydraulic slope on pipeline health assesssment parameters,result indicated that best condition of rainwater pipes were in the diameter of 800~1 000 mm,while sewage pipes with a diameter of 600~800 mm were same.The best health condition of pipeline length is 30~45 m.When average buried depth of pipeline was 4.5~5.5 m,the structural defect parameter was the smallest and the nature was the most stable.In hydraulic slope of 6~9‰,pipeline were in the best state.
