Emergency Management Strategies for Operating Room during the Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

新型冠状病毒肺炎作为急性呼吸道传染病已被纳入乙类传染病,按甲类传染病管理,在疫情蔓延期间,手术室应对新型冠状病毒肺炎制定相应的应急预防管理策略,包括做好物资储备和人力资源调配,加强工勤人员与医护人员相关知识培训,制定并启动手术相关应急处理流程等,确保医护人员与患者的安全,保障防疫救治工作的正常运行。

The novel coronary pneumonia has been included as a class B infectious disease which is managed as class A infectious disease.During the epidemic,the operating room should formulate corresponding emergency prevention managements.Strategies should be implemented include the preparation of material reserves and human resource deployment,enhancement of relevant knowledge training for workers and medical staff,development and initialization of the emergency procedures related to surgery,ensuring the safety of medical staff and patients,and ensuring both the normal operations and the prevention and treatments of epidemic.
