摘要
对基于锁相环技术的频率合成器进行研究,设计X波段的点频源。通过简单的理论分析,给出锁相环电路的设计与实现过程。测试结果表明,仿真结果与实测数据吻合较好,输出信号具有优异的相噪和杂散特性,可作为雷达收发系统的本振信号。
The frequency synthesizer based on the phase-locked loop(PLL)technology is studied to design the X-band point frequency source.The design and implementation process of the PLL circuit are given through simple theoretical analysis.The test results indicate that the simulation results are well matched with the measured data,and the output signals can be used as the LO signals of the radar T/R system,featuring excellent phase noise and spurious.
