摘要
以竹子为基材,氢氧化钾、磷酸、氯化锌作为活化剂,惰性气氛下,高温法制备超级电容器用活性炭。研究表明:分别采用上述活性剂作为活化剂,制备的竹基超级电容器用活性炭,组装的测试电容漏电电流分别为0.117、0.227、0.175 mA,2500次循环后比电容分别为244、221、232 F/g,容量保持率分别为99.9%、97.8%、96.7%。
Activated carbon for supercapacitor is prepared by bamboo as base material,potassium hydroxide,phosphoric acid and zinc chloride as activators in inert atmosphere.The results show that the leakage current of the assembled activated carbon is 0.117,0.227,0.175 mA respectively.The specific capacitance after 2500 cycles is 244,221,232 F/g respectively,and the capacity retention rate is 99.9%,97.8%and 96.7%.
