基于现代学徒制的中高职贯通培养模式的实施框架与路径

Implementation Framework and Path of Talent Cultivation in Connecting Secondary and Higher Vocational Education Based on the Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制与中高职贯通模式融合应用是一项系统工程,需要建立国家、行业、企业、院校多维度分层保障机制,科学设计实施框架和路径,以确保其有效实施。文章分析了实施基于现代学徒制的中高职贯通模式面临的几个关键问题,提出了总体实施框架,阐述了基于现代学徒制的中高职贯通模式工学交替实施路径,重点从院校层面提出"五好"措施,即选好专业、建好课程、配好师资、做好管理、树好标杆。

It is a systematic project to integrate the modern apprenticeship system with the connection mode of secondary and higher vocational education.It is necessary to establish a multi-dimensional layered safeguard mechanism for the state,industry,enterprises and colleges,and scientifically design the framework and path to ensure its effective implementation.This paper analyzes several key problems faced by the connecting mode based on the modern apprenticeship system,puts forward the overall implementation framework,expounds the implementation path of the connection mode of alternating work and study,and finally proposes the“five good”measures on the college level,namely,selecting good major,building good course,equipping with good teacher,doing good managing job and building good benchmark.
