高校学生资助工作现状及优化策略——以天津中德应用技术大学为例

The Current Situation and Optimization Strategy of College Students'Financial Assistance——A Case Study on Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences

运用SPSS软件,分析了351名学生的问卷调查数据和近三年的资助相关数据,发现高校资助工作中仍存在资助宣传针对性、资助认定科学性、资助公示人性化和资助帮扶多元化有待提升的问题,并分别针对“资助宣传、资助认定、资助公示和资助追踪”四方面提出了优化策略,以提高学生资助工作水平和资助育人效果。

This article analyzes 351 students'questionnaire data and funding data in the past three years with the help of SPSS software.it is found that there are still some problems to be improved in the financial assistance system of colleges and universities,such as targeted funding publicity,scientific funding identification,humanization of funding publicity and diversification of financial assistance.Optimization strategies are proposed for"funding publicity,funding identification,funding publicity and funding tracking"in order to improve the effectiveness of student's financial assistance and integration of moral education.
