发挥社会与院校协同育德机制的有效性是推进职业教育协同育德的突破口。企业德育实践、社会公共志愿服务、社会行政部门实践、主题性社会实践活动是社会与院校协同育德的主要方式,但在具体实践上仍然存在现实困境,校企应建立监督保障机制、学校建立社会公共志愿服务长效机制、政府与院校创新工作机制、主题社会实践活动增加多元互动渠道是解决之道。

The breakthrough to promote the collaborative moral education in vocational education is to give full play to the effectiveness of the collaborative moral education mechanism between society and colleges.Moral education practice in enterprises,social public voluntary service,social administrative department practice and thematic social practice activities are the main ways for society and institutions to cooperate in moral education.However,there are still practical difficulties in practice.The solution is to establish a supervision and guarantee mechanism between enterprises and colleges and a long-term mechanism for social public voluntary service,and innovate the working mechanism between government and colleges,and increase multiple interactive channels for thematic social practice activities.
