高职院校教师师德培育的途径

作为高职院校师资队伍建设的重要环节,师德师风的培育是一个长期的过程,需要教师和教育管理部门共同努力方可实现。在师德的培育过程中,高职院校教师应坚持学习、严格自律、爱岗敬业、甘于奉献、淡泊名利、消除戾气,努力进行内部修炼。与此同时,教育管理部门也应积极宣传师德高尚的优秀教师,加强对高职院校教师师德的有效监管,严惩失德的不良行为,大力推进师德师风建设的发展。

As an important link in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,the cultivation of teachers'ethics is a long-term process,which requires the joint efforts of teachers and education management departments.In the process of cultivating teachers'professional ethics,teachers in higher vocational colleges should develop learning habit and self-discipline,and honor dedication and sacrifice,and be indifferent to fame and wealth,and strive for internal peace and cultivation.At the same time,the management department should also actively publicize excellent teachers with noble ethics,and strengthen the effective supervision of teachers'ethics in higher vocational colleges,and severely punish immoral behaviors,and vigorously promote the development of teachers'ethics construction.
