摘要
起源于美国的"一书一城"活动,得到全世界多个国家和地区的效仿,是迄今为止影响最广泛的图书馆阅读推广活动。我国部分城市也开展了此类活动。本文对中国具有代表性的哈尔滨市图书馆"一书·一城"活动与美国"一书,一芝加哥"活动进行了介绍,从政策法规保障、活动指南、经费保障、品牌意识、选题方法、活动评估等方面对中美"一书一城"活动进行比较研究,并借鉴美国成功经验,为国内尽快将"一书一城"活动打造为国家级阅读推广品牌项目提出了合理化建议。
"One book,one city" originates from the United States,has been followed by many countries and regions in the world,becoming the most widely influenced library reading promotion project.Some cities of China have carried out similar activities.This paper introduces the representative activities of "one book,one City" of Harbin Public Library and "one book,one Chicago" of Chicago Public Library in the United States,and compares and studies policy and regulation guarantee,activity guide,fund guarantee,brand consciousness,method of selecting topic,activity evaluation between China and the United States and learns from the successful experience of the United States,and puts rationalization suggestions to build a national reading promotion brand project for the "one book,one city" as soon as possible.
