一种无源雷达广播发射车的结构设计

摘要 针对某无源雷达广播发射车的设计要求,充分借鉴单车高机动雷达的设计思路,在严格控制运输包络的条件下,贯彻集成一体化设计理念,运用关键技术解决其高集成、高机动的难题。阐述了系统的合理布局规划,天线阵面系统结构设计以及传动系统结构设计三方面内容,其中对天线单元和举升锁紧系统进行了重点描述,同时采用力学分析手段对系统结构进行了刚强度校核。 According to the design requirements of a passive radar broadcast transmitter,this paper makes full use of the design ideas of single-vehicle high-mobility radar,implements the integrated design concept under the condition of strict control of transport envelope,and use key technologies to solve the problems of high integration and high mobility.The rational planning layout of the system,the structure design of the antenna array system and the structure design of the transmission system are described in detail.Among them,the antenna unit and the lifting and locking system are mainly described.At the same time,the mechanical analysis is used to check the rigidity of the system structure.
