摘要
在传统转台设计基础上,通过合理布局转台内部设备,风道、过线孔和加强筋板集成化设计等方法,设计了一种一体化转台,解决了某地面转台集成设备多、内部环境温度控制要求高以及线缆数量多的问题,通过力学仿真分析进行转台结构强度校核。
On the basis of traditional turntable design,this paper designs an integrated servo platform by means of reasonable layout of internal equipment,integrated design of air duct,through-line holes and stiffener plates.This servo platform can solve the problems of the contradiction of many internal equipment,high requirements of internal environment temperature control and a large number of cables.At last,the strength of the turntable has been checked through mechanical simulation analysis.
