从多方面讨论高原综合能源互补发电方案对于解决目前西藏地区电力供应问题的可行性。讲述了"调节水库电站+风光地热"的互补体系的构成、发电特性、该系统的运行效果。
This paper discusses the feasibility of plateau comprehensive energy complementary power generation scheme to solve the current power supply problem in Tibet.It describes the composition,power generation characteristics and operation effect of the complementary system of"regulating reservoir power station+wind and solar geothermal".
