Construction and Management of Aviation Charge and Discharge Training Room

基于航空充放电训练室存在的主要问题,从加强训练室条件建设、文化建设以及日常工作管理、落实责任制度和安全管理方面提出了相应的改进措施,从而更好地发挥训练室的作用。

Based on the main problems existing in the air charge and discharge training room,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures from the aspects of strengthening the condition construction,cultural construction,daily work management,implementing the responsibility system and safety management of the training room,so as to better play the role of the training room.
