瓜蒌提取物对小鼠金黄色葡萄球菌性乳腺炎的保护作用和机制

Protective effect and mechanism of Trichosanthes kirilowii extract on S.aureus mastitis in mice

乳腺炎是危害奶牛产业的重要疾病,其中金黄色葡萄球菌是诱发奶牛乳腺炎最常见、最重要的病原之一,一些研究表明瓜蒌具有很好的抑菌抗炎作用,本试验的目的是发现瓜蒌对金黄色葡萄球菌引起的乳腺炎的抗炎作用并阐明机制,通过给小鼠灌服瓜蒌提取物7 d,乳腺注射金黄色葡萄球菌建立乳腺炎模型。结果表明,瓜蒌提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌引起的小鼠乳腺炎模型的抗炎作用可能是通过抑制了TLR4介导的NF-κB信号通路,瓜蒌提取物可能是预防乳腺炎的一种前景药物。

Mastitis is an important disease endangering the dairy industry.Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) is one of the most common and important pathogens inducing mastitis in dairy cows.Some modern studies have shown that Trichosanthes kirilowii has a good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect.The aim was to discover the anti-inflammatory effect of Trichosanthes kirilowii on mastitis caused by S.aureus and to clarify the underlying mechanism.After the extract of the Trichosanthes kirilowii was drenched to the mice for 7 days,and then the mastitis model was established by breast injecting S.aureus.The results showed that the anti-inflammatory effect of the extract of Trichosanthes kirilowii on the mouse mastitis model induced by S.aureus may be through the inhibition of TLR4-mediated NF-κB signaling pathway,which may be a prophylaxis for mastitis.
