摘要
皆在探讨发酵稻壳粉(FRH)和稻壳粉(RH)对母猪繁殖性能、血液激素水平、采食量和泌乳量的影响。选择胎次一致的(长×大)母猪33头,随机分为3组,每组11个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,FRH组和RH组分别补饲20%的FRH和RH。结果显示:FRH组和RH组母猪窝总产仔数、产活仔数、健仔数、产程、断奶活仔数和21日龄断奶窝重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。FRH组仔猪初生窝重显著高于RH组(P<0.05)。血清孕酮(PROG)水平:母猪妊娠21 d,FRH组和RH组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血清雌二醇(E2)浓度:母猪妊娠21 d,FRH组显著高于对照组和RH组(P<0.05);各组血清催乳素(PRL)浓度差异不显著(P>0.05)。FRH组哺乳期采食量和母猪产奶量均显著高于对照组和RH组(P<0.05)。综合各项指标:妊娠母猪基础日粮中补饲20%的FRH可改善母猪的繁殖性能、提高采食量和泌乳量。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of fermented rice hull powder on feed intake indicators,production performance and serum hormones of sows.Tirty-three healthy sows with the same parity(4 parity Landrace×Large white) were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups of 11 each.The control group was fed with basic diet,FRH and RH groups were supplemented with 20% FRH and RH,respectively.The results showed that the total litter size,the number of live births,the number of healthies,production process,number of live weaned offspring and 21-day-old litter weight of FRH and RH groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Birth litter weight of piglets of FRH group were significantly higher than that of RH group(P<0.05).Serum progesterone(PROG) level of FRH and RH groups were significantly higher than that in the control group on 21 days of gestation(P<0.05);serum estradiol(E2) concentration of FRH group was significantly higher than that in the control and RH groups on 21 days of gestation(P<0.05);there was no significant difference of serum prolactin(PRL)concentration among groups(P>0.05).The feed intake during lactation and milk yield of sows of FRH group was significantly higher than that of the control and RH groups(P<0.05).On the conclusion that replenishment of 20% FRH in the basic diet of pregnant sows can improve reproductive performance,feed intake and lactation of sows.
