摘要
为了给某海上气田一气井复产提供技术支持,通过宏观分析、微观分析、数值模拟和实物模拟等技术手段,对封隔器腐蚀开展了详细的研究,实验结果证明,封隔器腐蚀穿孔的原因为封隔器本体和变径装配不当,导致连接部位存在一个楔形间隙,在携带砂粒的高速气体作用下,在间隙一侧形成冲蚀,最终导致封隔器冲蚀穿孔。
In order to provide technical support for resumption of a gas well in offshore gas fie ld,some technical means such as macroscopic analysis,microscopic analysis,numerical simulation and physical modeling are applied to investigate the corrosion of packer.The experimental results show that the cause of packer corrosion perforation was improper assembly of packer body and reducing diameter,wherein a wedge-shaped gap is formed in the jo in t,and the erosion of the packer in the gap-side occurs by the action of the high-speed gas carrying the sand particles,and finally leads to the erosion perforation.
