氟聚氨酯涂料加厚喷涂性能研究

摘要 对比了不同喷涂厚度的氟聚氨酯涂料在酸性盐雾、酸性大气和湿热环境中的性能。结果表明,氟聚氨酯涂料对于环境性能的耐受上具备良好的性能。但过厚的涂层并不能起到更好的防护作用。试验结论对于船舶、航空等特种环境要求下涂料的使用有一定的指导意义。 The properties of fluorinated polyurethane coatings with different spraying thichness exposed to acid salt spray,acid atmosphere and humid environment were compared.The results showed that the fluorinated polyurethane coatings had good toleration performance under the testing environmental.But thicker coatings didn’t exhibit better protection.The conclusion of the test could provide a guiding to the application of coatings in special environments such as shipping and aviation.
