飞机蒙皮用高性能清漆的制备及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of High Performance Clearcoat for Aircraft Skin

以自制耐候性聚酯树脂为主,拼入部分增韧树脂作为基体树脂,以N 3390作为固化剂,辅以合适的催干剂、流平剂、光稳定剂、环保型溶剂,制备了一种高性能、耐候性与韧性兼优的飞机蒙皮用清漆。重点讨论了树脂、固化剂及助剂的选择等对清漆性能的影响。测试数据表明:研制的清漆漆膜强韧,能够经受高低温冲击,具有优异的耐候性、良好的耐航空介质性等性能,可与飞机蒙皮用底色漆配套使用。

A kind of clearcoat with high performance,excellent weather resistance and toughness for aircraft skin is prepared by using self-made weather resistant polyester resin as the main resin,blending part of toughened resin as the matrix resin,N3390 as the system curing agent in addition to suitable drying agent,leveling agent,light stabilizer and environment-friendly solvent.The effects of resin,curing agent and additives on the properties of clearcoat are discussed.The testing results show that the prepared clearcoat film is strong and tough,can withstand the impact of high and low temperature,has excellent weather resistance and good resistance to aviation media,etc.meanwhile,it has good com patibility with basecoat for aircraft skin.
