基于应急指挥调度领域应用融合通信的发展状况,提出多事件追踪与报警在园区范围的应用,融合宽带与音视频在公安领域的应用,以及以PGIS系统为基础的接警指挥调度系统。

Based on the development of application fusion communication in the field of emergency command and dispatching,this paper proposes the application of multi event tracking and alarm in the park,the application of broadband and audio-video fusion in the field of public security,and the command and dispatching system based on PGIS system.
