摘要 针对碎裂管法应用于排水管道更新修复的技术难点,结合工程实例通过对比分析,论述了施工工艺选择方法,并提出碎裂管法施工对周围环境的影响,探讨了应用碎裂管法的关键技术.结果表明:合理应用破碎管法更新修复技术,可有效解决排水管道更新修复对底层扰动大、对地面既有建筑和周围管道影响的问题;气动碎裂管法的管径适用范围较广,可满足50~1200 mm管径更新修复的要求,且一次性更换长度达到300 m.该技术施工效果较好,经济性较高,可大范围推广应用. In view of the technical difficulties in the application of breaking pipe method in the renewal and repair of drainage pipes construction,combined with engineering practice,through comparative analysis,the selection method of construction technology has been discussed in this paper,and come up with the influence of the construction of the breaking pipe method on the surrounding environment,also the key technology of the application of the shatter pipe method was discussed.The results show that the reasonable application of the breaking pipe method can effectively solve the large disturbance to the bottom layer caused by the renewal and repair of drainage pipeline and will not influence the surrounding existing buildings and pipelines.The pneumatic breaking pipe method is applicable to a wide range,which can meet the requirements of 50~1200mm pipe diameter renewal and repair,and the length of one-time replacement is up to 300 m.This technology has good construction effect and high economy,and can be widely applied.
