玄武岩纤维特性对沥青混合料路用性能影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 为研究不同生产工艺和规格的玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,优化混合料设计方法,以木质素纤维作为参照,对3种不同规格的SCBF短切玄武岩纤维进行路用性能研究.结果表明:CBF短切玄武岩纤维的物理性能优于木质素纤维和聚酯纤维;6 mm长玄武岩纤维稳定度高于3 mm长玄武岩纤维,玄武岩纤维长度越大搭接效果越好;同掺量下玄武岩纤维单丝直径越小网状结构更密集,高温稳定性和低温抗裂性越高;同掺量下玄武岩纤维单丝直径越小抗冻涨能力越差,水稳定性差. In order to study the influence of basalt fiber with different production technologies and specifications on the road performance of asphalt mixture and to optimize the design method of mixture,in this paper lignin fiber is taken as a reference to study the road performance of three different specifications of SCBF chopped basalt fiber.The results show that the physical performance of CBF chopped basalt fiber is better than that of lignin fiber and polyester fiber.The stability of 6mm long basalt fiber is higher than that of 3mm one,the longer the length of basalt fiber,the better the lapping effect.At the same dosage,the smaller the diameter of basalt fiber monofilament,the denser the network structure,and the higher the high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance.At the same dosage,the smaller the diameter of basalt fiber monofilament is,the worse its frost resistance and water stability.
