响应面法优化超声提取山药尿囊素的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以铁棍山药为原料,超声提取尿囊素。以尿囊素得率为考察指标,分别研究了乙醇浓度、超声功率、提取温度和超声时间对尿囊素提取得率的影响。通过单因素试验以及响应面设计优化了尿囊素提取条件,建立回归模型。结果表明:4个因素对尿囊素得率的影响顺序为超声功率>超声时间>乙醇浓度>提取温度;最优提取条件为乙醇浓度61%,超声功率为749 W,提取时间为60 min、提取温度为67℃。在此条件下,尿囊素得率为0.628%。 With Chinese yam as main material,allantoin was extracted by ultrasonic process.The effect of extraction rate on ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power,extractive temperature and time were studied with the extraction rate of allantoin as the index.The ultrasonic extraction process was optimized by using single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.A mathematical regression model was established.Results showed that the effects of four factors on the extraction rate of allantoin were ultrasonic power,extractive time,ethanol concentration,and extractive temperature in sequences.And the optimum conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 61%,ultrasonic powe 749 W,extractive time 60 min,extractive temperature 67℃.Under these conditions,the optimal allantoin extraction rate was 0.628%.
