摘要 骨质疏松、骨关节炎、骨髓瘤等是临床上常见的骨疾病,主要表现为骨质的缺损。而间充质干细胞(MSC)具有多向分化的潜能,可分化为多种不同的细胞。来源于骨髓的MSC的成骨分化能力一直是研究的热点,在骨缺损修复方面具有巨大的潜力。近年来,非编码RNA在骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)成骨分化中的作用逐渐被发现,但长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在BMSCs成骨分化中的作用目前尚不明确。目前已证实,部分lncRNA可通过表观遗传修饰或者吸附小编码RNA来参与细胞成骨。 Osteoporosis,osteoarthritis,and myeloma are common bone diseases in the clinic,which are mainly manifested as bone defects.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have the potential of multi-directional differentiation,and can differentiate into different types of cells.The osteogenic differentiation ability of bone marrow-derived MSCs has been a research hotspot and has great potential for bone defect repair.In recent years,the role of non-coding RNA in osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)has been gradually discovered,but the role of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)in osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs is still unknown.It has been confirmed that some lncRNAs can participate in cell osteogenesis through epigenetic modification or adsorption of small coding RNAs.
