摘要
肠道微生物群是一个复杂多样的集合体,在人类肠道中长期生存,其涉及一系列复杂的生理过程,如能量稳态、代谢、肠上皮健康等,对人体健康至关重要。近期研究表明除艰难梭菌感染外,肠道微生物群的组成、功能改变等与多种下消化道疾病有关,患病人群肠道中有益菌群如乳酸杆菌的分布明显异于健康人群。通过调节肠道微生物群可延缓疾病的发展并改善临床症状,目前有多种方式可对肠道微生物群进行调节,如益生元、益生菌、粪菌移植、抗生素等,不同的治疗方式对于不同疾病的效果也不同。
Intestinal microflora is a complex and diverse collection,which survives in human intestinal tract for long and involves a series of complex physiological processes,such as energy homeostasis,metabolism,intestinal epithelial health,etc.,being vitally important to human health.Recent studies have shown that in addition to clostridium difficile infection,the composition and functional changes of intestinal microflora are related to various lower digestive tract diseases.The distribution of beneficial microflora such as lactobacilli in the intestinal tract of the affected people is obviously different from that of the healthy people.It can delay the development of the diseases and improve the clinical symptoms by adjusting the intestinal microbiota.And there are many ways to adjust the intestinal microbiota,such as prebiotics,probiotics,fecal bacteria transplantation,antibiotics,etc.,each with different effects on different diseases.
