摘要
环状RNA是一类新发现的内源性非编码RNA。随着高通量测序的发展,目前已经发现了数千种环状RNA。环状RNA参与了多种肿瘤细胞过程,包括增殖、凋亡、侵袭和迁移,环状RNA的稳定性高、丰度大、组织特异性表达和易于检测,被认为是癌症诊断和预后的理想生物标志物之一。环状RNA与头颈部多种肿瘤的发生、发展及转移相关,并有希望成为新一代肿瘤标志物,为现有临床工作提供新的检测疾病手段,并为新技术的发展提供坚实的铺垫。
Circular RNA is a newly discovered endogenous non-coding RNA.With the development of high-throughput sequencing,scientists have discovered thousands of circular RNAs.Circular RNA is involved in a variety of tumor cell processes,including proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,and migration.Due to its high stability,abundance,tissue-specific expression,and ease of detection,circular RNA is considered to be one of the ideal cancer diagnosis and prognostic ideal biomarkers.Circular RNA is related to the occurrence,development,and metastasis of various tumors in the head and neck,and is expected to become a new generation of tumor markers,providing new means for detecting diseases in the clinical work,and a solid foundation for the new technology development.
