骨盆骨折围手术期的治疗现状与康复进展

Status of Perioperative Treatment and Rehabilitation of Pelvic Fractures

骨盆骨折是临床最常见的严重而复杂的多关节创伤之一,多由严重交通、工业事故、高空坠落等高能量创伤直接暴力挤压骨盆所致。骨盆骨折创伤常伴有创伤性失血性休克、盆腔脏器合并伤及多器官功能衰竭等合并症或多发伤,若救治不当,死亡率很高。骨盆骨折以手术治疗为主,由于骨折所致损伤较复杂,手术操作难度亦较大,往往大部分手术成功患者的术后肢体功能恢复欠佳,因此骨盆骨折围手术期的康复治疗十分重要。骨盆骨折围手术期护理、手术、术后早期评定、早期康复的启动等对患者恢复至关重要,个性化康复治疗是促进患者骨盆骨折愈合和功能恢复的关键。

Pelvic fracture is one of the most common severe and complex multi-joint traumas in clinic,which is mostly caused by high-energy trauma such as serious traffic accident,industrial accident,high-altitude falling and so on.Trauma of pelvic fracture is often accompanied by traumatic hemorrhagic shock,pelvic organ injury and multiple-organ failure.If not treated properly,the death rate is very high.The main treatment of pelvic fracture is operation.Because of the complex injury caused by fracture and the difficulty of operation,most of the patients with successful operation often have poor recovery of limb function.Therefore,the perioperative rehabilitation treatment of pelvic fracture is very important.Perioperative nursing,operation,early postoperative evaluation and early rehabilitation are very important for the recovery of the patients,and personalized rehabilitation treatment is the key to promote the healing and functional recovery.
